Freaking Battle Creek Public Schools

I am regreting more and more our choice to go to " our" school for our location....

I am still doing battle with the school bus people about the fact that the bus drives by right in front of my house yet Aaron can't ride the bus. They think it is ok for a kindergardnener to walk 1.1 miles to school.

Second is the very colorful white trash that I see every morning when I drive him to school.

Today I picked up Aaron and His teacher Ms. Powell asked to talk to the parents that were there... She informed us that as of Monday she will not be teaching anymore and The kids will get a new teacher and a new room. So it's not enough that these kids are still kinda shell shocked about the whole school thing but now they have to pretty much start over with someone new.
Her reason for leaving Urbandale Elementary after a whopping 2 weeks of teaching is she feels that she is not able to be the wife and mother that she wants to be.. WTF!! That to me says i'm ditching this crappy school while I can.

Michael got Raped!

So just a little backround info... Michael says hey babe can you make me an appointment at the chiropractor my back has been hurting. So me being the nice wife I make him an appointment at a new place... Caring Hands Chiropractic.. So Tuesday at 3 pm he went to his first appointment.. fast forward to about 4 pm on tuesday.

I'm standing at the Marathon gas station on the corner or 20th and dickman pumping some gas and I see Michael fly by on his bike. I had to run to the store so I wait a few minutes and call Michael here is the conversation...

Me: Hey Babe.. how was your day?

Michael: Uhhh

Me: Did you see me at the gas station when you drove by?

Michael: Nope... I was too busy seeing red!!

Me: What do you mean?

Michael: Well I had to pay $400 at the Chiropractor today.

Me: What the fuck?? Why did you have to pay $400?... We don't have $400!! What did you do?
I'm on the way home we can talk then.

now I am home and I want to hear why...

Micheal: Well they said I had to pay the whole annual deductable upfront. I put it on the credit card.

Me: Why didn't you reschedule instead of charging it??

Michael: Well they didn't say anything until after I was finished.

Me: Did you at least ask about payment options??

Michael: No I was standing at the window with a waiting room full of people.

Me: You should have still asked. I hope your back is freaking feeling better!!


Michael: Well my back is feeling better but now I need to go see a proctologist since My ass hurts from being raped.

Me: glad you think it's funny!


Sooo that was my tuesday... it is now thursday and I am still crabby about the whole thing since a certain someone is acting like it is no freaking big deal that his CC that he just got is now thanks to trips.. and jeep stuff and chiropractor fees is darn near maxed out!!!

where have I been???

Well lots of time has passed since I Blogged last... Sorry peeps,now however I must blog. I have had a pretty event filled good week.

1st... Aaron started school... this was a day that Iwas so not ready for...so we went and dropped him off in his class and he was so excited and grinned the whole time. He sat at his desk and looked around.. and said " see you later Mom". Not at all sad or hesitant at all. I should be happy because one poor mom brought her Son to school and th whole time he sobbed and cried "Don't leave me mommy". I think the hardest part of the school thing is that now I can't deny that he is growing up.

2... I FINALLY got hooked up and wired to a real cell phon plan. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new phone.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to text.. I can't believe that I held out this long I have been missing a good time!

3.. I completed my first whole week of my weight watchers journey.. I was not optimistic due to all the yummy food I ate at Nicole's house this weekend..but to my surprise I lost 2.5 pounds this week... YIPPEE... 2.5 down 40 more to go!! I can do it!!
